A little more info...
We pickled a variety of vegetables this fall including these sweet peppers that look delicious. They are still pickling, so I can’t testify whether they taste as good as they look… yet.

BEAUTIFUL. I love peppers anyway, and have seen lots of photos of them, but never in jars! Colours are just awesome.
Blasphemy! Although I’ve never had pickled peppers, they are fine all by their lonesome. The only modification I could possible endorse is the classic roasted red pepper. Looks delish though…
