
I have to admit that this is an edited photo using a technique called “tilt shift”. Basically, the image is made out of focus except for a strip across the width of the scene. This creates a miniature effect, sort of like you are looking at a model railroad scene. I really liked this photo taken of the Calgary Stampede grounds last summer using the effect.
